Job Description:

Parsons is seeking a talented Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in:

7. Managing multiple submittals
8. Leadership and facilitation to guide capture teams through the pursuit lifecycle
9. Inspiring team members with diverse experience and skills in proposal development

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Leading the development of compliant, compelling submittals
2. Managing and producing multi-volume Federal proposals and responses
3. Leading proposal team activities to ensure adherence to process and create winning submissions
4. Fostering a collaborative and encouraging team environment
5. Providing leadership and clear communication across teams
6. Facilitating strategy sessions, meetings, and reviews
7. Collaborating with capture managers to identify and mitigate risks
8. Maintaining and adjusting proposal schedules

What We Need from You:

1. US citizenship
2. Bachelor’s degree
3. 8+ years of experience managing and writing multi-volume proposals resulting in Federal contracts over $50M
4. SCI clearance
5. Deep understanding of government RFI, RFP, RFQ responses
6. Experience facilitating strategy and storyboarding sessions
7. Experience developing proposal responses including oral presentations or videos
8. Strong organizational skills
9. Willingness to travel 20-30% of the year

Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of diversified experience, primarily in business development within a large multinational company.

Salary Range: $48.51 - $84.90 per hour
