Job Description:

Parsons is seeking a talented Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in:

• Writing, editing, and document organization

• Managing multiple submittals
• Leadership and facilitation skills to guide capture teams

Responsibilities:

• Lead development of compliant and compelling proposal submittals
• Manage, schedule, and produce multi-volume federal proposals
• Oversee proposal process adherence and team activities
• Lead and motivate proposal teams with diplomacy and collaboration
• Provide leadership and clear communication across groups
• Facilitate strategy sessions and milestone meetings
• Identify and mitigate risks in collaboration with leadership
• Maintain and adjust proposal schedules

Minimum Requirements:

• US citizenship and TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor’s degree
• 8+ years of experience in managing and writing multi-volume proposals for federal contracts exceeding $50M
• Deep understanding of government RFI, RFP, RFQ responses
• Experience facilitating strategy sessions and developing proposal responses including presentations
• Strong organizational skills and willingness to travel 20-30%
