Job summary

Ambipar is seeking a Proposal Specialist to drive the development and timely submission of bids, RFPs, RFIs, and other business materials.

You will coordinate with operations, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to gather information, write and edit content, and ensure compliance and win-ready proposals in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires collaboration, excellent writing, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines while leveraging AI tools to improve quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience developing compliant proposals.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field.
• Familiarity with federal, state, or local government contracting processes.
• Demonstrated experience responding to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and other competitive solicitations.
• Experience with proposal management tools and CRM/content management platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong editing and proofreading abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate proposal development from kickoff to final submission.
• Review RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and other documents to identify requirements and deadlines.
• Develop proposal schedules, compliance matrices, outlines, and content plans.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to gather information.
• Draft, edit, and format proposal content, executive summaries, and qualifications.
• Ensure proposals are compelling, compliant, and aligned with win strategies.
• Manage proposal calendars, deadlines, reviews, approvals, and submission requirements.
• Leverage AI and other technologies to enhance proposal research, content development, and editing.
