Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience developing compliant and compelling proposals.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, English, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with government contracting and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the proposal development process from kickoff through final submission.
• Review RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and other solicitation documents for requirements and deadlines.
• Develop proposal schedules, compliance matrices, outlines, and content plans.
