Job summary

Deltek, Inc. seeks a student intern to support the proposal development process from start to finish, helping with proofreading, formatting, and light-editing tasks.

You will conduct research for proposals, collaborate with teammates to ensure content consistency and quality, and assist with AI usage and updating the content database. The role offers a learning environment with exposure to proposal processes, content management, and collaboration across teams, suitable for current students

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled student (Rising Junior or Senior).
• Pursuing degrees in English, Communications or Business preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Teams).
• Detail-oriented and analytical.
• Strong organizational and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Interest in AI and software processes/tools.

Responsibilities

• Support proposal development from start to finish.

The U.S. hourly range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00. This range is subject to change as Deltek takes a number of factors into consideration when determining individual base pay, such as location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including incentive compensation and equity.
