Job summary

STV, Inc. seeks a skilled Graphic Designer to join our National Water Team. This hybrid role can be based in Frisco, Fort Worth, Dallas, or Charlotte, NC, with three in-office days per week.

You will craft proposals, qualifications packages, interview presentations, and other strategic pursuit materials to differentiate STV on national water projects. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in graphic design, a strong portfolio, and advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in the AEC industry.
• Portfolio demonstrating layout, typography, information design, and storytelling.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Ability to organize complex information into clear, persuasive materials.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in graphic design or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design visually compelling proposals, qualifications packages, and interview presentations.
• Translate strategy and technical content into clear visual stories.
• Develop layouts to strengthen messages, readability, and client experience.
• Create custom graphics, infographics, diagrams, and org charts.
• Prepare and refine presentations for client interviews and meetings.
• Support the proposal process by organizing content and tracking inputs.
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams from concept to delivery.
• Manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Ensure materials align with STV brand standards.
