You will collaborate with SMEs, Orals Coaches, and Solution Architects to refine messaging and visuals under tight deadlines, translating complex concepts into compelling imagery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years in Federal proposals, UX, marketing graphics, or information design.
• Expert PowerPoint proficiency; build graphics and large slide decks under tight deadlines.
• Portfolio of proposal graphics and data visuals created in MS PowerPoint.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Translate dense technical content into clear business-focused imagery.
• Turn around graphics quickly in high-pressure federal proposal environments.

Responsibilities

• Create high-end, dynamic slide decks and graphics directly in PowerPoint under tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with SMEs, Solution Architects, and Orals Coaches to visualize concepts for bids.
• Use Adobe Creative Cloud to develop graphics for PowerPoint and proposal volumes.
• Refine messaging and visuals in real time during solutioning sessions.
• Ensure compliance with solicitation formatting, corporate standards, and messaging across written and oral volumes.
• Assist with ad hoc marketing materials, brochures, templates, and project content.
