Job summary

Reingold, a full-service marketing and creative firm in Alexandria, VA, seeks a paid intern to support the People & Experience team. The internship offers full-time hours (40/week) at $20 per hour, running Jan 7, 2027 through May 28, 2027, with core hours 9:00 AM–5:30 PM ET and five in-office days per week in Alexandria, VA.

Responsibilities include recruitment coordination, HRIS/ATS data entry, and helping update employee handbook policies, engagement initiatives, and firmwide communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong service-oriented approach and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the People & Experience team, including recruitment coordination, data entry, HRIS/ATS management, and special projects.
• Assist with updating employee handbook policies and researching best practices and compliance.
• Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and events.
• Help build internal communications plans and distribute firmwide messages.
• Follow SOPs to ensure timely onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Contribute ideas to improve the P&E team's effectiveness.
• Take on tasks aligned with skills and evolving team needs.
