Job summary

Southland Industries is seeking a Data & Proposals Coordinator to maintain and collect regional project data across New Construction, Existing Buildings, Service and Energy sectors. You will develop prequalification submissions, manage document timelines, and support the regional proposal team.

The role emphasizes strong communication, analytical skills, and the ability to build relationships with the regional teams while ensuring adherence to company processes and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and collects project data for respective regions, including New Construction, Existing Buildings, Service, and Energy.
• Maintains and collects fabrication/modular shop data for respective regions.
• Develops prequalification package submissions for respective regions as requested.
• Assists with developing a deliverable list, timeline for document preparation, submission requirements, and final prequalification submission.
• Establishes and maintains file structures for prequalifications and project data for respective regions.
• Develops relationships with the regional proposal team.
• Establishes fundamental understanding of company process and protocol.
• Collects regional BD data to support the Data Analyst team.

Position Details

• Maintains and collects fabrication/modular shop data for respective regions.




• Develops prequalification package submissions for respective regions as requested.




• Assists with developing a deliverable list, timeline for document preparation, submission requirements, and final prequalification submission.




• Establishes and maintains file structures for prequalifications and project data for respective regions.




• Develops relationships with the regional proposal team.




• Establishes fundamental understanding of company process and protocol.




• Collects regional BD data to support the Data Analyst team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, or equivalent work experience.
