Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Engineering or Technology is required.
• Three years Substation Experience will substitute for a Bachelor Degree.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat is required.
• General knowledge of high voltage substations or transmission lines is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills required.
• Strong communication skills and customer service skills required.
• Epicor or other ERP software experience.

Responsibilities

• Create assigned proposals and maintain proposal progress through the life of the proposal.
• Manage all correspondence with vendors and potential customers.
• Ensure accuracy and correctness of all proposals and submittal documents; coordinate with other teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Assist the customer in ensuring scope of work is addressed and responsibilities allocated.
• Act as primary client contact for changes to scope, delays, accelerations, or material problems; notify Team Leader of changes and take action.
