Job summary

Halff Associates, Inc. is seeking a Proposal Coordinator I to lead the creation of high-quality proposals from start to finish. You will collaborate with technical staff to craft compliant responses and manage proposals across multiple service areas.

The role includes supporting interview prep and assisting with long-term pursuit strategies for key clients. The ideal candidate holds a BA/BS in a relevant field, has at least one year in the A/E/C industry, and can leverage InDesign, PowerPoint,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, English, or similar.
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience in the A/E/C industry.
• InDesign and graphic design skills are preferred.
• Experience with PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Photoshop.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Collaborative team player with strong organizational skills.
• Self-starter who can multi-task, stay organized, and meet deadlines.

As a Proposal Coordinator, you will lead the development of high-quality proposal from start to finish and work in partnership with technical staff to prepare compliant responses.
