Job summary

Reeves Young is seeking a Project Manager to oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, and quality control. The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and budget oversight.

You will work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver successful outcomes. Applicants should have at least five years in the construction industry and the ability to monitor financial status across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in the construction industry.
• Ability to monitor and understand the financial status of a project (subcontractors, vendors, labor, materials).
• Ability to manage and contribute as part of a team.
• Develop strong business plans and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from kickoff to closeout, anticipating challenges and solving problems.
• Mentor and develop Assistant Project Managers and support the Senior Project Manager.
• Review project scope of work based on contract drawings, specs, estimates, schedules, and codes.
• Control time, cost, and quality of construction activities.
• Cultivate relationships with staff, clients, subcontractors and partners.
• Maintain schedules, budgets, workflows and productivity.

What Can You Expect

• Manage our projects from start to finish, anticipating challenges and overcoming obstacles
• Train and develop Assistant Project Managers and support the Senior Project Manager.
• Review and understand complete project scope of work based on contract requirements including: drawings, specifications, estimates, schedules and applicable building codes.
• Control the time, cost, and quality of construction projects
• Cultivate strong relationships with our staff, clients, subcontractors, and business partners
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, workflow, and productivity

What You Bring to the Table

• At least fiveyears ofexperience within the Construction Industry
• Must be able to monitor and understand the overall financial status throughout the duration of a project including: subcontract status, vendor status, labor/payroll, small tools, construction equipment, forming materials and systems, miscellaneous materials and project overhead.
• Ability to both manage and be part of a team
• Ability to develop strong business plans
• Must possess working knowledge of or demonstrate willingness to learn how to use the following software applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe, Bluebeam, Procore/Project Sight, P6 Primavera, MS Project, Viewpoint, Viewpoint Field Work Center, and HCSS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
