Who You Are:

The Proposal Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting Citian’s business development and proposal efforts. This position combines traditional proposal coordination responsibilities, such as organizing submissions, tracking requirements, and managing proposal assets, with some hands-on content development. The Proposal Coordinator will work closely with proposal staff, subject matter experts, and company leadership to develop persuasive, compliant, and high-quality proposals for public sector clients. Success in this role requires exceptional organization, strong written communication skills, curiosity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of professional experience ideally business development, pursuits, or capture
• Background in communications, writing, journalism, English, or a related field
• Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail
• Relationship-forward approach to working in a cross-functional space. Collaboration-minded.
• Comfortable working under deadline pressure without sacrificing quality
• Self-starter who can manage multiple moving pieces simultaneously
