Job summary

CPL is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to lead branded proposals, qualifications packages, and interview presentations. You will collaborate with Pursuit & Proposal Managers, principals, and technical teams to shape pursuit strategies and deliver polished content.

You will manage multiple proposals, write and edit materials tailored to client needs, and maintain up-to-date project descriptions and staff bios to support readiness. This role rewards creativity and deadline discipline.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of proposal, marketing, or business development experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to tailor content for clients.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple deadlines.

What You Will Do:

What You Bring:

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant proposal, marketing, or business development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, English, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Acrobat.
• Previous experience within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines and in time-sensitive situations.

The rate for this position generally ranges between $60,000 to $80,000 annually. This range is a good faith estimate provided pursuant to the New York Pay Transparency Law. It is based on what a successful New York applicant might be paid and assumes that the successful candidate will be in New York or perform the position from New York. Similar positions located outside of New York will not necessarily receive the same compensation. Actual pay rates may vary from the range, as permitted by New York Equal Pay Transparency Law. Compensation offers will be based on various factors, including operational needs, individual education, qualifications and experience, work location and comparison to employees already in the role, as well as other considerations permitted by law. A potential new employee's pay history will not be used in compensation decisions.
