Base pay range

$20.00/hr - $60.00/hr

Join a rapidly growing marketing firm specializing in infrastructure. We work across industries—AEC, transportation, energy, and environmental—to deliver high-impact proposals, campaigns, and branding tailored to each client’s identity and goals.

We’re looking for a Proposal Coordinator to support our growing portfolio of clients. This is a contractor position with flexible hours, and the opportunity to grow into a larger role as our proposal team expands. You'll work directly with our project managers and client teams to manage proposals from kickoff to delivery.

You'll also coordinate designers, editors, and client contributors—ensuring proposal materials are on-brand, on-schedule, and on-point. Many proposals include brand development and custom-designed templates, so this is a great opportunity for someone with a strong visual sense and AEC marketing experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Work for our Project Director to craft, edit, and manage proposals from concept to submission
• Coordinate timelines, contributors, and deliverables
• Review and incorporate client edits and feedback
• Manage content libraries and branded assets
• Oversee designers and writers involved in the proposal process
• Maintain clear communication between internal and client teams

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience with AEC proposals
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred
• Advanced InDesign skills required
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to meet deadlines with minimal oversight
