Job summary

Vertiv in Westerville, OH is seeking an engineering-focused professional to integrate component services and develop cohesive service proposals for Vertiv customers. You will provide technical support, review RFPs, and coordinate with ERS and Vertiv Services to bid effectively on electrical, HVAC, and controls projects.

The ideal candidate has a BS in engineering, solid knowledge of NFPA 70E, IEEE, ANSI/NETA, and experience with medium and low voltage systems.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Fluent English, both written and verbal with electrical terminology.
• Knowledge of NFPA 70E, IEEE and ANSI/NETA standards.
• Experience with Medium and Low Voltage electrical distribution.
• Ability to read building drawings and HVAC schematics.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop NETA testing proposals for large projects.
• Use Quote Configurator to support ERS and sales teams.
• Prepare customized service proposals reflecting scope and specs.
• Collaborate with commissioning group to define scope.
• Review RFPs for bid suitability and planning actions.
