Job summary

CBS² is seeking an energetic Marketing Specialist to support proposal development, graphic design, and marketing initiatives across the company. This full-time role, based out of any of CBS²'s five locations, involves coordinating proposals, developing professional marketing materials, and updating website content and branding efforts.

Qualifications

• Adobe CC proficiency with InDesign for professional documents and marketing materials.
• Experience creating, editing, and formatting marketing materials and presentations.
• Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Attention to detail and consistent quality across deliverables.
• Strong written and verbal communication; team-oriented with independent work capability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development, preparation, and submission of proposals and marketing materials.
• Manage proposal schedules, deadlines, and formatting for submissions.
• Gather project information and content from staff for proposals and marketing.
• Design and produce marketing materials like brochures, sheets, and presentations.
