Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–2 years in marketing, communications, business development or related roles.
• Experience in the AEC/construction industry is preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing, branding, communications, and business development initiatives.
• Create, maintain, and distribute marketing materials, presentations, project sheets, resumes, and qualification packages.
• Write, edit, and proofread corporate communications including press releases and promotional content.
• Assist with proposal preparation, client presentations, and business development efforts.
• Maintain marketing databases, project information, client references, and branding resources.
• Coordinate advertising opportunities, photography, videography, and project documentation.
• Support participation in trade shows, conferences, sponsorships, and community events.
• Collaborate with project teams to highlight projects and company culture.
