A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Proposal Developer for the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sector based in Boston, MA. The role involves supporting business activities by creating proposal texts and budgets in response to RFPs, while also managing client communications. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the CRO industry, strong organizational skills, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years' proposal related experience in the CRO or pharmaceutical research industry required.
• A first experience working for an imaging CRO is a plus.
• Autonomous, well organized and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Serving as primary contact within the company during proposal work development.
• Preparing error-free draft proposal documents for the team to review.
• Work with legal department to establish contract with customers.
