Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems in San Diego, CA seeks a Proposal Analyst (Level 3 or 4) to join the proposal team and develop plans and schedules for bid submissions. The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience or a Master's with 3 years, plus ability to obtain Secret clearance.

Will coordinate cost, scheduling and technical data required for proposals. Level 3/4 qualifications include successful completion of pricing reviews and preparation of certified cost data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree AND 5 years of qualifiable professional/military experience or a Masters degree and 3 years of experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Government Secret Clearance in a timely manner.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Program Access within required timeframe.
• FAR/DFAR knowledge is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan and schedule proposals in response to RFPs.
• Compile cost, schedule and technical elements for proposals.
• Coordinate collection of cost, scheduling and performance data from functional departments.
• Participate in should-cost and pricing reviews with management and customers.
