Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Proposal Analyst in San Diego, CA to join the proposals team and develop plans and schedules for competitive bids. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant professional/military experience, or a Master's degree.
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Government Secret Clearance.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Program Access.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan and schedule proposals.
• Compile cost, schedule, and technical elements in proposals per RFP specifications.
• Coordinate collection of cost, scheduling, and performance data from functional departments.
• Participate in should-cost and pricing reviews with management and customer representatives.
• Prepare proposals in compliance with applicable government regulations and internal policies.
• Prepare certified cost and pricing data packages.
• Support proposal audits and negotiations with customers.
