Job summary

The Twin Falls County Assessors Office is seeking a Property Appraiser to assist in the valuation of real property for ad valorem tax purposes. This role conducts field inspections, analyzes property characteristics and market data, and maintains the county's CAMA system.

Travel is required throughout Twin Falls County using county-provided transportation. Responsibilities include measuring building features, researching sales and permits, utilizing GIS mapping, and communicating assessment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities essential.
• Familiarity with property valuation concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field inspections of residential, agricultural, and commercial properties.
