Responsibilities

• Underwrite new and renewal accounts to meet top and bottom line targets.
• Negotiate price and terms and conditions with producers.
• Proactively manage capacity.
• Underwrite Natural Catastrophe Accumulation and international programs where applicable.
• Support development of regional underwriting strategy and coach junior staff.
