Caring Transitions is seeking an experienced moving and cleanout team lead to oversee our relocation projects across Erie and Niagara Counties. The role demands a hands-on leader who can manage resources, ensure quality outcomes, and foster a collaborative work environment while delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities include overseeing the moving, cleanouts, and donation runs, assisting with estate sale setup, and safely lifting and transporting furniture and boxes.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50+ lbs).
• Comfortable working in clients' homes and team environments.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Prior moving or labor experience is a plus.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
