Job summary

PacifiCorp is seeking a property transactions professional to manage purchases, disposals, easements and leases across diverse projects. You will negotiate with owners and agencies, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure documentation aligns with governance and regulatory requirements.

The role entails project tracking, cost analysis, and preparing agreements, with a focus on strategic acquisition and asset optimization in a utility context. Salt Lake City office-based position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, law, or related field.
• Minimum of three years of commercial real estate transaction experience.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong written and oral communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to read and evaluate property-related legal descriptions and maps.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic to moderate property transactions, including purchases, sales, easements and leases.
• Negotiate with property owners and agencies to support projects.
• Independently manage a portfolio of transactions and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Track projects, report costs, and handle regulatory submissions and data requests.
• Review and prepare purchase agreements, easements, leases, and related documents.
• Provide consultation on acquisition and disposition strategy and engage in stakeholder presentations.
• Support project teams through site selection, zoning, and title review processes.
