Job summary

The RMR Group Inc is seeking a Property Manager to oversee operations for a portfolio of properties totaling approximately 1.6 million sq. ft. The role emphasizes adherence to established procedures, staff supervision, and delivering tenant services per lease documents.

The ideal candidate will have 4–8 years in commercial real estate, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and proficiency with Yardi and Argus Enterprise. A valid driver’s license is required for off-site duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or Accounting.
• Four to eight years’ experience in commercial real estate.
• RPA or CPM designations a plus.
• Broker’s License preferred. Salesperson's License required.
• Strong proficiency with Yardi and Argus Enterprise, Excel and other Windows applications.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop written standard operating procedures for building operations.
• Ensure that mechanical/electrical system maintenance is being performed.
• Oversee all construction/tenant improvements and contracts/vendors.
• Implement energy management program and monitor utility usage.
• Supervise, train and motivate building staff.
• Interface with brokerage agent and manage tenant relations/retention programs.
• Assist Area Director with lease renewals, extensions and expansions and resolve issues with tenants.
