Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Four years of related experience, with at least two years in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) and SQL Server.
• Ability to plan, direct and train staff; strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the collection of property taxes and related functions.
• Supervises staff, coordinates workloads and schedules to ensure compliance with laws.
• Maintains and analyzes records for forecasting and planning purposes.
• Liaises with Finance, GIS, Planning and other offices to support tax operations.
• Manages software implementations and staff training for new tax systems.
• Ensures customer service and open records comply with regulations.
