Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and coordinates property tax processing activities.
• Reviews annual County Digest and millage rate certifications.
• Develops training and ensures compliance with state laws.
• Interfaces with Finance, Board of Assessors, and municipalities.
• Oversees delinquent tax lists, liens, and tax sales preparations.
• Manages reporting and forecasting of property tax data.
