• Providing daily support to departmental personnel.
• Researching exceptions with different jurisdictions and understanding Commercial Real Estate.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job description

The property tax analyst should be organized, motivated, and be able to multitask. Candidates should work well with others, have a strong work ethic, able to communicate with co-workers and Clients by telephone, e-mail, and letter, and be professional in appearance and demeanor. Candidates should work well with little supervision.

Duties may include but are not limited to

• Data entry, including but not limited to, entering property tax id, property tax amounts, delinquent taxes, and general property and client information
• Researching Legal descriptions
• Managing our database of electronic client files, including filing documents timely and accurately
• Compiling, sorting, and verifying the accuracy of data
• Providing daily support to departmental personnel as needed
• Researching exceptions with different jurisdictionsUnderstanding Commercial Real Estate
• Other duties as assigned
