Job summary

The Site Manager at Fitch Irick Corporation will oversee day-to-day operations for assigned properties in Sulligent, AL, ensuring financial performance and regulatory compliance. You will manage rent collections, resident applications, move-ins/outs, and staff coordination.

Travel up to 50% may be required, with strong emphasis on leadership, teamwork, and customer service to support affordable housing programs and community outcomes.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma.
• Experience: 2+ years in housing or admin.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Certifications: Affordable Housing Certification (CAHEC, etc).
• Preferred: 2+ years housing experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle rent collections, documentation collections, and ensure accuracy for the property(ies) assigned.
• Accept and process prospective resident applications.
• Conduct move-ins and outs per policy/procedure and ensure compliance.
• Ensure all Fair Housing rules and regulations are understood and followed.
• Provide training, equipment, and materials for staff as needed.
• Conduct regular property inspections and address maintenance requests promptly.
• Communicate with leadership, housing authorities, and outside clients as needed.
• Schedule and complete assigned projects and monitor expenses to maximize profits.
