Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; 2+ years housing or administrative experience preferred.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to travel up to 50%.
• CAHEC or similar affordable housing certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle rent collections and documentation for assigned properties.
• Process resident applications and conduct move-ins/outs accurately.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing rules and designated programs.
• Perform frequent property inspections and oversee maintenance requests.
• Coordinate staff training and project scheduling; communicate with leadership and outside clients.
• Analyze expenses to maximize profits while controlling costs.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
