MHMR is seeking a Property Services Technician to maintain safety, cleanliness, and functionality of agency facilities. You will perform a wide range of tasks from routine maintenance to complex repairs, providing timely, customer-focused service for residents and staff in our Fort Worth area.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of general maintenance experience; a valid Texas Driver’s License; and preferred HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certifications.

You will be responsible for performing a wide range of technical tasks, from maintenance to complex repairs, to ensure the safety, cleanliness, and functionality of agency facilities. As a Property Services Technician, you willprovidetimely, customer-focused service that safeguards property value and supports a secure, well-maintained environment for residents and staff.

A) Minimum Education: High School Diploma/GED

B) Defined Education: None

C) Preferences: Licensed maintenance skills or trade certifications (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing)

D) Substitutions: Candidates with fewer than 1 year of experience may qualify with the completion of vocational or technical training in general maintenance, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or other building trades

E) Years’ Experience: One (1) year

F) Defined Experience: General maintenance, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or related experience

G) License/Certifications: Valid Texas Driver’s License
