Job summary

Lefferts Investments seeks a Housekeeping / Maintenance Manager to oversee daily housekeeping, cleanliness, and property maintenance. The role leads the housekeeping and maintenance teams, coordinates preventive and corrective work, and ensures a safe, welcoming environment for residents and guests.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in related operations, supervisory experience, and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in housekeeping, facilities or property operations.
• Previous supervisory or management experience required.
• Experience coordinating vendors and preventive maintenance programs.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping and maintenance of the property, including residential and common areas.
• Supervise Maintenance Technicians and assign work orders and preventive tasks.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance programs for building systems and equipment.
• Maintain records of preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, and vendor services.
• Collaborate with other departments to address resident and guest concerns.
