Job summary

Bridge Property Management in Las Vegas is seeking a Service Support Assistant (Housekeeper/Painter/Groundskeeper/Porter) to maintain cleanliness, curb appeal and readiness of common areas, exterior grounds, and vacant units to support resident satisfaction and leasing success.

You will perform duties across cleaning, trash removal, landscaping, pool upkeep, and reporting maintenance issues, following safety procedures and appearance standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience in multifamily maintenance or housekeeping preferred.
• Ability to use cleaning agents safely and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Clean offices, restrooms, amenities, laundry rooms, common areas, models, and vacant units.
• Remove trash and debris from grounds, breezeways, parking lots, and dumpster areas.
• Maintain landscaping appearance and exterior presentation.
• Assist with pool upkeep, snow removal, or seasonal tasks as needed.
• Report maintenance issues to supervisor and follow safety procedures.
