Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience in apartment or related maintenance; supervisory experience needed.
• General knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and carpentry.
• Hand tools to perform the general duties listed above are required.
• Good communication skills in dealing with employees, residents, contractors, and vendors.
• Knowledge of budget costs and pricing is required.
• Proven ability to supervise, schedule and direct maintenance personnel.

Responsibilities

• Be an active participant in keeping the community desirable for residents and staff.
• Manage support staff and coordinate maintenance activities.
• Report to Property Manager, Regional VP and/or VP.
