The perfect candidate would be a problem-solver, have excellent communication skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment that still has a lot of construction going on.

General purpose of this position:

Be an active participant in keeping this community a desirable place for residents to live, and for team members to work and take pride in.

Other vital responsibilities include:

• managing support staff
• reporting to, and acting under the direction of the Property Manager, Regional Vice President and/or Vice President.

Preferred candidate has:
