Job summary

Griffis/Blessing, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor in Colorado Springs to oversee the maintenance and care of the property's physical plant, ensuring GB standards for cleanliness, operations and preventative maintenance.

They will manage a service team, coordinate repairs and turnovers, monitor safety, and work with vendors on bids and contracts while maintaining logs and budgets to support resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising maintenance or service staff.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and compliance.
• Ability to plan and coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee two or more employees on the Service team and ensure property is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Schedule maintenance, repairs, and turnovers to meet deadlines and budget.
• Respond to emergency repair requests and coordinate contractor work when needed.
• Inspect property during Zone Walks and report findings to the Property Manager.
