Responsibilities

• Insurance Claims Coordination: manage claims for division locations and liaise with THQ, Sedgwick, and field.
• Review and track property, general liability, and auto loss claims; follow processes.
• Coordinate with THQ Risk Management and external partners on claims.
• Process contracts for insurance repairs following policies.
• Respond to inquiries about claim status and reimbursements.
• Reconcile claims for completion of work, invoices, and reimbursements.
• Maintain vehicle records and TSAMM entries; coordinate with Enterprise for vehicle purchases.
• Maintain DOT paperwork and vehicle licenses; renew licenses as required.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of information.
