Job summary

Central Plateau Cleanup Comp in Richland, WA seeks a Property Management Specialist to manage government-owned property, data entry in the PM system, and ensure compliance with regulations. This role includes training custodians and supporting facility management tasks within CPCCo.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience for higher level.
• Experience in management and control of high-risk and sensitive property.
• Familiarity with property management regulations and asset management processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform property management duties including acquisition, marking, tagging, use, control, and disposition of materials.
• Maintain accuracy in property management data and follow procedures.
• Train and monitor property custodians and representatives.
• Ensure compliance with federal and contractual property management regulations.
• Support Facility Management functions as needed and assist CPCCo Fleet Department.
