Job summary

Rainbow Restoration of Milwaukee is seeking a Service Technician to support field operations for 24/7 emergency services, including water, mold, and fire damage restoration, carpet cleaning, and construction tasks. You will work with a team, coordinate with customers, and learn Rainbow’s processes while maintaining equipment and assets.

The role requires strong communication, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds.

Qualifications

• On-call 24 hours
• Valid Driver's License required
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Team-oriented and able to work independently
• Able to learn new software
• Experience in restoration/construction helpful but not required

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles with trailers
• Read maps and direct field operations
• Coordinate with customers about scope and paperwork
• Maintain schedules to ensure timely service delivery
• Respond to jobs and initiate work per Rainbow standards
• Assist in water, mold, smoke and content cleaning tasks
• Support marketing efforts to promote additional services
• Handle equipment and asset maintenance
