Job summary

CallUSFirst (United Services by Permaco, Inc.) is a 24/7 full-service disaster cleanup and restoration company serving Lake Bluff, IL. We’re seeking experienced trades and cleaning professionals to join as crew leaders or crew members, making an impact daily in Water, Fire, Mold, Reconstruction jobs and more.

You will perform hands-on restoration, reconstruction, repair, and remodeling work across residential and commercial properties, with diverse daily tasks and advancement opportunities

Qualifications

• Experience in remodeling/restoration/construction/cleaning.
• Experience leading people is desirable.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform restoration, reconstruction, repair, and remediation work.
• Follow project scopes, safety procedures, and processes.
• Complete demolition, mitigation, cleaning, carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring as skilled.
• Protect customer property and maintain clean, organized job sites.
• Inspect work and address quality concerns.

Position Summary

As a dependable Property Restoration Technician, you will perform hands‑on restoration, reconstruction, repair, and remodeling work to restore residential and commercial properties. Every day brings different work and the opportunity to help customers rebound from damage.

What You’ll Own

• Perform assigned restoration, reconstruction, repair, and remediation work.
• Follow project scopes, safety procedures, and other processes.
• Complete demolition, mitigation, cleaning (contents, structural), carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, based on skills.
• Protect customer property and maintain clean, organized job sites.
• Inspect your work and address quality concerns before considering a task complete.
• Participate in emergency and after-hours response when scheduled.
