Qualifications

• Experience in property restoration, remodeling, construction, carpentry, or related skilled trade.
• Experience in residential or commercial properties.
• Knowledge of common construction materials, tools and safe work practices.
• Dependability, attention to detail, and pride in quality workmanship.
• Ability to follow project scopes, instructions, and safety procedures.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform restoration, reconstruction, repair, and renovation work.
• Complete carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, demolition, and general construction tasks.
• Follow project scopes, safety procedures, and direction from supervision.
• Protect customer belongings and unaffected areas during work.
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional jobsites.
• Inspect work and address quality concerns before completion.
• Communicate progress, material needs, and any issues promptly.
• Work respectfully with customers, coworkers, subcontractors, and project leaders.
• Participate in scheduled emergency and after-hours response.
