• 7+ years of experience in reinsurance or underwriting, portfolio management, or pricing.
• Strong understanding of (re)insurance underwriting, property market dynamics, and key performance drivers.
• Proven ability to communicate complex analyses to executive stakeholders.
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships across geographies.
• Business acumen with market intelligence informing underwriting and pricing.
• Willingness to travel domestically, primarily within the US.

Responsabilités

• Underwrite U.S. Global Property Treaty business across catastrophe and non-catastrophe structures.
• Analyze treaty submissions using exposure data, models, pricing frameworks, and risk assessments.
• Assess cedant performance and structure treaties to balance risk and return.
• Review contract language for guideline compliance and risk transfer alignment.
• Foster relationships with brokers and colleagues, and promote a collaborative market approach.
• Mentor and coach junior underwriters to build skills for clients and market cycles.
