Job summary

The Hamilton County Sheriff's Office is seeking an Account Clerk for a 3rd shift role (2:30pm - 11:00pm) supporting inmate/property processing and clerical operations. Responsibilities include receiving, inventorying, securing property, data entry, and maintaining custody and records with accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and prior customer service or clerical experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience with data entry and basic clerical tasks is preferred.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inventory, and secure property; maintain custody records.
• Post data to computer systems and generate reports.
• Greet and assist the public; answer phones and perform routine clerical duties.
• Support agency operations with accurate record-keeping and data entry.
