Responsibilities

• Review plans, scopes of work, and project docs from engineers, architects, clients, and management.
• Visit job sites to gather details and document conditions for estimates.
• Estimate and forecast project costs including labor, materials, and subcontractor pricing.
• Contact subcontractors and vendors to obtain pricing for trade work when required.
• Coordinate schedules, track deadlines, and keep clients and internal teams informed.
• Manage assigned jobs from start to finish, including costs and subcontractor coordination.
• Plan ahead to prevent delays and solve problems as they arise.
• Communicate professionally with clients, subcontractors, coworkers, vendors, and management.
