Job summary

Casiola, a vacation-home manager, seeks an Assistant Property Care Manager in Orlando. This hands-on role trains inspectors, PMs and housekeeping, raising quality across our homes and ensuring every property shows its best. You’ll work side by side with the Property Care Manager and spend time in homes, not just behind a desk.

You’ll lead onboarding, coach teams, and develop quality plans tied to guest feedback. A driver’s license is required; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years supervising teams in hotels, vacation rentals, housekeeping or property management.
• Hands-on experience with quality inspections, audits or brand standards.
• A coach who gives direct, fair feedback and follows up.
• Highly organized, with a sharp eye for detail.
• Comfortable with property management software; Guesty experience is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Train and onboard inspectors, PMs, and housekeeping.
• Provide regular coaching with clear feedback and follow-up.
• Build and run a quality plan based on guest reviews and issues.
• Conduct property walkthroughs, spot-checks and quality audits.
• Own owner arrivals quality so every visit shows the home at its best.
• Review cleaning reports and SOPs.
• Lead team morning meetings and manage maintenance tasks.
• Improve SOPs and quality checklists and ensure compliance.
• Step in for the Property Care Manager when needed.
