AIR Communities in the Bethesda/MD area is seeking a Project Manager to lead capital improvement projects across our multifamily portfolio. You will define scope, budgets, timelines, and coordinate vendor activities while traveling to properties as needed.

This in-office role emphasizes strong organization, communication, and collaboration with internal teams and external partners. Applicants should have 1+ year PM experience and be comfortable traveling up to 25% for site visits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of project management experience in renovation or asset enhancement.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Excellent vendor coordination and budgeting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital improvement projects and manage budgets.
• Define objectives, timelines, and ensure on-time execution.
• Coordinate teams, vendors, and progress reporting.
• Travel to properties for site visits and oversight.
• Prepare weekly status reports to leadership.
