AIR Communities in the Bethesda/MD area is seeking a Project Manager to lead capital improvement projects across our multifamily portfolio. You will define scope, budgets, timelines, and coordinate vendor activities while traveling to properties as needed.
This in-office role emphasizes strong organization, communication, and collaboration with internal teams and external partners. Applicants should have 1+ year PM experience and be comfortable traveling up to 25% for site visits.
