Responsibilities

• Adhere to all Fair Housing laws.
• Collect and post rent daily for the property.
• Monitor delinquency and report risks to Regional Manager.
• Maintain occupancy and income through approved strategies.
• Supervise maintenance staff and ensure timely payments.
• Assist with resident retention programs and leasing efforts.
• Hire and train employees in line with policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance files meet funding and state requirements.
