Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant property management experience.
• Experience with tenant relations, leasing, budgets, operating expenses, and vendor management.
• Experience with property management software (Yardi Voyager strongly preferred) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operator for assigned properties, managing tenant inquiries and vendor relations.
• Oversee leasing activities including inquiries, tours, renewals, move-ins/outs, and lease compliance.
• Coordinate maintenance, inspections, budgeting, reporting, and vendor coordination.
• Review performance metrics and implement corrective actions to improve occupancy and expenses.
• Support budgeting, billing accuracy, onboarding, and overall property performance.
